ABOUT MY SEASONS SERIES
This painitng is part of my "The Four Seasons" series and follows "Autumn Magic" and "Winter Magic".
In "Autumn Magic" the main subject is a young girl and her element is the fire.
"Winter Magic"  presents a butterfly winged fairy, and her element is the air.
In "Spring Magic" we find a centaurus girl and her element is the earth.
Next season I'll paint the last one of the series, "Summer Magic" and probably she will be a sea creature, maybe a mermaid, and her element the water.
 
ABOUT THIS PIECE
A young beauty, half girl and half deer, is offering a blue flower to a colorful "Hummingsnail", to celebrate the arrival of spring.
The snow is melting on the mountains far away, and the nature is blooming in all its splendor.

•This beautiful ornate frame matches perfectly with the baroque subject! Hanging from the bottom of the frame is a handmade fine porcelain heart that I've ordered from Vermont artist Sandra Lance. If you wish, the heart can be removed from the frame and used as a pendant or decoration.

• My Queen, which reminds of Marie Antoinette for her style and look, is holding in her hands a big velvety heart with a lock. She also owns the key to unlock it. Whose that heart? Is it yours? ;)

"Winter Magic" follows my previous "Autumn Magic" painting and it's part of my "Four Seasons" series. Seasons has inspired artists from every age and this is my contribution to this classical subject.
It features a blue winged fairy cuddling under the wing of a white dove. The bird has a little holly branch in her beak and more leaves decorates the background. I've chosen a majestic ornate golden color frame for this one, very fancy and it matches beautifully with the motif. This painting would add a real touch during this holiday season and it would look great on the wall all year long because of its classical look! I hope you enjoy!
